At Novaflame Realms, every exclusive book box is prepared with care, sprinkled with a touch of magic, and delivered straight to your door via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. This policy outlines everything you need to know about shipping and fulfilment.

We deliver internationally.
2. Shipping Method
All UK subscriptions are sent using Royal Mail 48 Tracked, which usually takes 2–4 working days from the date of dispatch.
For international subscriptions the carrier will vary as we try to utilise the most cost effective carriers.
For all packages, once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
3. Fulfilment Process
• Fulfilment begins after the order window for each quarter closes.
• We produce a limited number of exclusive editions based on active subscriptions.
• When the books arrive from the printer, our trusted fulfilment partner carefully packages each box by hand, using tissue, bubble wrap, and branded touches to ensure your order arrives safe and special.
• Your shipping details are securely shared with our fulfilment agency only for the purpose of packaging and posting your box.
• We aim to dispatch all boxes within two weeks of printing completion. Subscribers will be kept updated via email, website, and social media throughout the fulfilment process.
4. Lost or Delayed Parcels
• If you have not received your tracking number within 7 working days of receiving your order confirmation, contact us at info@Novaflame.co.uk and we will investigate.
• In the event of loss or damage during delivery, we will provide a replacement or refund where appropriate, once confirmed with the carrier.
• Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or in your confirmation email are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, or external factors such as customs processing, courier delays, strikes, or severe weather. These are outside our reasonable control and do not entitle you to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
• We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect shipping information entered during checkout. Please double-check your details when subscribing!
5. Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, an incorrect delivery address, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery — this may incur an additional shipping charge. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we will cancelled your order and issue a refund, minus the original delivery and return postage costs.
6. Returns & Refunds
