These Terms & Conditions explain everything you need to know about your subscription to our exclusive book boxes.
1. Subscription Details
Subscription Options:
• Quarterly Subscription: One book per quarter
• Bi-Quarterly Subscription: Two books per quarter
• Monthly Subscription: One book per month
Pricing: All subscription tiers are priced at £30 per book, including packaging and UK postage.
Subscription Duration: Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel. You may cancel at any time prior to the next renewal.
Subscription Limit: Each subscriber is limited to one subscription per genre. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions if multiple orders appear intended for resale.
Waitlist Invitations:
• If you are on a waitlist and a spot becomes available, you will receive an email invitation.
• You have 48 hours to accept the subscription place.
• Declining will remove you from the waitlist; you will need to re-join manually if you still wish to secure a spot.
2. Billing & Renewals
Payment: Subscription fees are charged in advance for each subscription period (quarterly, bi-quarterly, or monthly) at the time of subscription or renewal.
Renewal Schedule:
• Quarterly: Charged every three months or
• Monthly: Charged every month
You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal, giving you the opportunity to make changes or cancel.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date or if a skip has been activated.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time, ensuring no further payments are taken, provided cancellation occurs before the renewal date.
• You will receive a 7-day prior notification before renewal.
• Payments already processed will not be refunded, but you will still receive the book for that period.

4. Delivery & Fulfilment
Shipping: All subscription boxes are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Tracked within 2 weeks of successful payment.
Delivery Time: Typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Delays: In rare cases due to printing or shipping issues, we will keep subscribers informed via email and social media updates.
5. Changes to Subscriptions
Switching Subscription Types: You may change your subscription (e.g., quarterly to monthly) at any time by contacting info@Novaflame.co.uk.
Price Changes: Any future price adjustments will be notified 30 days in advance. You may cancel your subscription prior to renewal without penalty if you do not agree with the new price.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because our book boxes are limited-edition and custom-printed, returns are not accepted unless items are damaged or defective.
