Frequently asked questions
Where can I sign up?

You can sign up on our website only. If subscription places are full then please sign up to the waitlist and you will be notified when a subscription spot becomes available.
How does the quarterly subscription work?

Each book in the Subscription costs £30 and you have two options for payment - £10 per month or £30 per quarter.

All books on subscription are shipped in February, May, August & November.

You can sign up for the subscription at anytime during the month but all renewal payments will be processed on the 1st of your renewal month (either monthly or quarterly).
What happens if I didn't update my payment details?

If your payment fails, you will be notified and asked to update your payment details in order to receive that book. 

You will have 48 hours to update the payment methods after notification has been sent. 

If updated payment details are not provided during this time, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be notified.
Can or how do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel by logging into your account and going to the 'Manage Subscription' page. Alternatively, please email info@novaflame.co.uk and we can support with this.

Please remember your skip option prior to cancelling.

Please note, any books already purchased will continue to be delivered and we require cancellation requests to be made at least 72 hours prior to renewal charge date.
Can I return my book purchase?

We will offer to replace the book, where the book has been damaged in accordance to our damage criteria and terms & conditions. 

You have 7 days from date of delivery to inform us of the damages by emailing us at info@novaflame.co.uk

In order to qualify for a replacement the damage needs to be in accordance to our damage criteria and you will need to provide suitable photographic proof of damages.

We now ship internationally! Rates are as follows: 

EU Zone 1 - £9

  • Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands.

EU Zone 2 - £10

  • Austria, Belgium, Luxemborg, Portugal, Spain*, Romania, Slovakia.
  • For Balearic Islands see EU - Other

EU Zone 3 - £12

  • Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Poland

Can I skip?

Yes, you can skip one book per year (January to January) and you can do this by emailing info@novaflame.co.uk if you need help.
Are there any other perks for subscribers?

When special edition sequels of subscription books go on sale, subscribers will be offered a first purchase option to ensure collectors can obtain a full set of matching special editions in a series. 
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. We aim to have the books with you by the end of the subscription month, however, delivery times vary depending on your location.

How do I change my details once I'm subscribed?

Please log into your account at the top of the page and click on "My Account". From there you can update your personal details including address, email and payment methods.
